The location is perfect, just a 4-minute walk to the train station. Decor felt slightly dated but the room was comfortable.

Oh, the omelettes at nearby Paratha Box are a must-try! Grab a coffee at Canary Girl Coffee Co right after. the beds were super comfy, and check-in was a breeze with easy instructions.
One to note, if trains from Crosshill are delayed, you might be 30 mins to an hour late getting into Glasgow—happened to me a couple of times! Be sure to scout for bus options as a backup.

The bed was super comfy, but the shared bathroom needed some sprucing up.

The garden out front really stands out with its beautiful ferns, setting a nice vibe for the place. The location provides a decent price for a unique experience, especially if you're into character-filled spots.
The property feels old and somewhat patched together, making it a tad run-down in areas. The macerator toilet flushes loudly and adds a quirky touch while creaky floors give away the presence of other guests. Frustrations arise from an uncooperative radiator resetting to 14C, making for chilly mornings, and outdated pamphlets point to closed businesses nearby.

I had a cracking time! The best part was how comfy the beds were—slept like a bairn. The only downside was the shared bathroom, could use a wee bit of sprucing up but did the job.

The bed in my room felt incredibly comfortable, perfect for winding down after a long day. I appreciated the well-equipped shared kitchen, making meal prep a breeze. The garden outside added a lovely touch, enhancing the atmosphere. the shared bathroom could use a bit of sprucing up, feeling slightly dated. Noise from creaky floors was noticeable at times, which could be disruptive during the night. a quirky and charming stay, but some modern updates would elevate the experience.

Spacious rooms and great facilities
My room was big and bright, thanks to the lovely bay window. The shared kitchen was well-equipped, making it easy to prepare meals. Everything felt clean and organized. The comfy bed ensured a great night's sleep. One thing to note is that the walls can be a bit thin, so some noise from other guests might be an issue at times.

Family with children suitable for quirky stays
The location was very good, close to multiple bus stops and we had a chance to explore Queens Park, which was lovely and green. The kitchen was a major plus, having big fridges and everything labeled so you didn’t have to go on a treasure hunt for plates or mugs.
It wasn't exactly a bargain, but for what you get, it's still pretty acceptable.

Couples looking for quirky charm
The room was really big with a massive comfy bed, perfect for snuggling up after a busy day. Loved the view from those grand bay windows, felt like we were in an old Victorian movie. Plus, we discovered the train station just a two-minute walk away, took us right into the heart of the action in no time.
It wasn’t exactly a steal but considering the vibe and comforts, it was still worth the money.

Comfortable stay with great amenities
I really enjoyed my stay! The cozy atmosphere was enhanced by the comfy beds and the well-equipped kitchen, which made breakfast a breeze. Having a sink in the room was a nice touch too, especially since we didn't have an ensuite. One thing I think could improve the experience would be to have clearer noise management since the walls are a bit thin and we could hear some of the other guests at night.
